I must say that this place is really beautiful. The care taker is really nice. The cave is cold inside. There are so many interesting stalactites and stalagmites. It is smaller than Jeita Grotto. But this place is worth a visit.

I'll be honest--I wasn't impressed with the Grotto (probably because I've seen much larger ones in the U.S.), but if you've never seen underground caverns, it's a nice stop especially for kids. The entrance is a door under the Grotto sign right on the road....More

I had a great time, it was well worth it and I recommend it to anyone going to Lebanon. It was similar to Jeita grotto but in a smaller size , with wider space of breathing , no air pressure but narrow vestibules.
