I enjoy visiting this museum. The permanent exhibitions are so real to what we are as a country, the temporal exhibits are out of the ordinary. This museum offers a variety of topics to discover, that each visit pays back. I was exhilarated with the well-organized exhibition about the life and work of Oscar de la Renta. My first time visiting the auditorium and I was really impressed with it. I feel the Dominican Republic has a great place where one can go to reconnect with one identity. I love this museum and hope it keeps on flourishing.…

A must see activity right now in Santiago and in the Centro Leon is the exibhition of the world famous designer Oscar de la Renta. In their world class presentation they have iconic dresses wared of Hollywood stars, politicians and singers and the documentary is awsome.

Well laid-out plan leads you through the development of the country and its people. Interesting displays give you a feel for the different chapters of the Dominican story. Pretty gardens outside and a nice gift shop inside! As a side note, I rented their separate meeting/party room for a family party. It could not have been better! The very adequate space had plenty of room for the beautifully decorated tables, delicious catered food and a stage for our music trio! The temperature in the air conditioned room was very comfortable even with about 40 or so guests. Bathrooms were well appointed and very clean. We all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Centro Leon for your next meeting or party.…
