Will never miss an opportunity to dip my cold get in the thermal pools. Just a feast place to simply put the feet up and relax!

We went as a group to the hot pools and had a great time! There is a wide variety of pools with different temperatures, although I think floating around the lazy river was one the highlights for our group. The facilities are well managed and...More

When one is visiting Hanmer Spring you should go to the Hammer Springs Hot Pools. The pools range in temperature from early 30 degrees to early 40s.The pools are not cheap 24 dollars for an adult so stay for a while to get your money's worth.

We were at the pools by 1.15pm, a small queue, then once in got our locker for clothes. It was probably 1/3 full but by 3.30 it was very very full of people. The childrens new area looks great.

We have been frequenting the hot pools for the last two years and we're always looking forward to the next visit. Absolutely relaxing. Soak your body on one of the many pools, have a chat with your friends or another guest and enjoy.

Hi Sorcha, There are a few sheltered spots around the sides of the facility, including umbrellaed areas around some of the pools. It would still be advised to bring a jacket or warm clothing if you plan to be a spectator... More

Hi, the freshwater pool is 25 metres long. Just note that we have one lane roped off for lap swimming most days - the exceptions are public holidays (and the weekend attached to public holidays), and school holidays.
