We are not allowed to go near the falls and the drive is thru the hills. There is absolutely no water.

The waterfall is cordoned off with a fence, but the trek to reach the waterfall though small is nice since there aren't any steps as such.

While the waterfall is pretty, you can't go near it. You are only able to take a short trail, appreciate the falls, click some pics and that's it. Not possible to sit anywhere or bathe. To do just this, it feels stupid to take even...More

Visited in December and the water flow was moderate. One cannot reach the base of the falls as it is fenced because of safety considerations.

It is not beautiful in the non monsoon time. Very less water flow and we cannot enter the water. Only in the monsoon it is in the full flow. It is not worth the detour of 20km.

The waterfall was nowhere accessible. There was just a guard telling tourist that it's not allowed to go near the waterfall.

Lovely waterfall amidst lush greenery. This was one of the most enjoyable place we visited in Coorg.

You can climb down to the bottom of the fall. It is a steep climb. I did not see anyone bathe there but people were playing in the water
