My friends and me rented mountainbikes at Kandani in May 2019. I had booked a regular xc hardtail with air fork, while my friends had booked e-assisted bikes, which helped them to join me on the same long root which I did. The bikes were in mint condition and shifting worked precisely good, so they at Kandani know what to offer to advanced cyclists.
The route was downloaded as gpx from kandani.es website, and was reaching most beautiful and quiet parts of Ibiza.
Great experience overall. Highly recommend them.

Good selection of bikes for all terrain types. We rented road bikes for two days and MTB for one day. Each was really straightforwards to book online (recommended as you get a discount that way) and the bikes were ready for collection when we arrived. Good late drop off time as well so you get the bike for the whole of the last day. We managed to get a puncture on two of our three days which we repaired as all the right kit was available in the saddle bag for both bike types, and we stopped off at the shop to collect a new spare tyre for the following day with no fuss which is ideal also. The routes they suggest also were good and easy to follow using wikilocs. Definitely recommend for anyone renting a bike, whether for a short ride to the local beach, or for a full day of road cycling, they have what you need!

We rented electric MTBs several times to explore the north of the island. Having these bikes allowed us to go onto smaller roads and see places where you do not get to go otherwise and having electric bikes gives you a much greater range. We did several fantastic tours on dirt roads through the hills, coming down for lunch on the coast. Kandani is a great place to rent the bikes. They have a good range of bikes at reasonable prices and provide very good service. Thijs

I hired a Giant TCR road bike in August from Kandani. The service provided was excellent from the initial contact to the end of the hirer period. The bike was like new and great condition. kandani offer a drop off and collection service which was very useful as we were staying a distance away from where the shop is located.

I rented a Giant TCR Ultegra for 3 days from Kandani, they had a good selection of sizes and the bike was well maintained with basic tools and a spare tube provided too. They offer a choice of pedals and other gear to rent (I brought my own shoes, lights and helmet). Great friendly service and helpful route information. Overall a very good experience. I ride early morning and they allowed me to collect the bike the evening before which was very helpful.

Very professional rental company hiring quality bikes . There were happy to swap brakes to UK spec even though i only rented for one day. Followed the Morna Valley Long route from the list they have on there site, lovely route, probably a UK blue to maybe red route. They also have a great shop up the road, would not hesitate to use again or recommend

E-bikes are an excellent way to see the island of Ibiza. It's so much fun and very good value. We checked out all the beaches from Santa Eulalia to Cala de Sant Vicent in a day (25 miles approx)! There was plenty of battery left when we returned to the shop.

Rented 2 electric bikes for 3 days.
Deposit supposedly re-debited on return but not true.
Informed 5-7 days auto payment
Bikes returned 16th September and still awaiting refund on 28th
Have sent email but no reply !!

My e-bike ride was the highlight of my trip to Mallorca/Ibiza.
I was a walk-in customer, and there was an e-bike available for me. The ride was very scenic (forests, hills, curves, estates) with little traffic. The man who rented me the bike provided a helmet and backpack at no charge. There's no one in the office between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., but the man gave me a magnet for the gate so that I could return the bike during those hours.

I fully recommend the KANDANI bike rental. I got the Giant TCR bike set up perfectly to my dimensions, clean, greased and well adjusted. Full professionalism and a competitive price compared to other rentals on the island.

Hello David,of course everyone knows Majorca from the cycle World. There are many roads on Majorca and also a lot of good roads. Kandani offers for his cyclists the same possibilities. High quality of bicycles and nice roads! For Mtb-ing, there are much more possibilities. Ibiza feel as cycling in paradise😃

I would like a road bike to go out before breakfast while it is cooler and traffic quieter ( 7am ). I have my own shoes, pedals, tools, helmet, British Cycle insurance etc. Is this possible, I do not need a guide.
