This was the one talua we stopped to see and how special to choose one with a full village layout- great history and plenty of information at each area to explain the site

Minorca has lots of things to see beyond the beaches and for anyone interesting in the local history this is a must visit site. Going back to 2000BC there's lots to see. Guide books and directions are good and walking is easy along gravelled paths. I had taken the older members of our party and they managed fine. Do visit.

Obviously a lot of work still to be undertaken, but this is a huge site with lots of interesting things to see. Very informative notices for visitors, well laid out route to follow. Clearly an important archaeological site for Minorca, and well worth a visit for those interested in historical sites.

I first visited this site in the 1980s when it was pretty much unknown to non menorcans or visitors specifically interested in the islands ancient ruins - it is now much easier to find and a worthwhile place to visit
