It is a wonderful opportunity to observe this strange animal in its natural environment. Even more birds, which are rare elsewhere can be spotted. In particular we saw the giant kingfisher and various birds of prey.

We took two different boat rides using Wild Frontiers. One day we did the Sunset Cruise in a small boat (about 1 1/2 hrs). They served us some delicious snacks on the boat while we cruised and saw many hippos and crocodiles, along with a...More

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon--cruising the Nile and seeing a plethora of animals who've come to their favorite watering hole for relief from the African heat. Excellent price and a wide array of animals and bird life to be seen. Excellent and affordable...More

After you've done the land safari, jump on an early morning Nile delta cruise for a different view of the animals. We were really lucky on our trip and saw two shoebills and a leopard! The delta ecosystem is very interesting. We used Wild Frontiers...More

We used Ape Treks and had a great experience. they are online and on Facebook. I definitely recommend booking ahead. The area is extremely remote. your guides will need time to arrange to meet you there.
