My dive master was Prabath for all of my 6 dives. Even though it was the end of the dive season in Unawatuna so 5 of the 6 dives were okay to average. The 6th dive on SS Rangoon was unforgettable, as we descended to 15M the surrounding water was filling with sand and as we descended toward the shipwreck, at 21M we could see the 3 bladed ship propeller, now the visibility was around 1M so we swam (very close together) parallel at 21M for around 5 minutes but could not see any of the shipwreck. We decided to ascend and at 10M there was clear water. It was only a 32 minute dive but a high energy, underwater sand storm, experience....
To dive with Prabath was a real buzz, he is very attentive and a skillful DM, it was an enjoyable pleasure to have Prabath as my dive buddy.

Amazing dive center, very professional and amazing and helpful team members!
I had the pleasure to do my Open Water course there. My diving instructor was Roy. He is very professional, friendly and helpful.
My girlfriend did her refresh advanced padi course.
After the courses, we had again 5 dives. They were nice and we enjoyed a lot.
If you are having a hard time deciding between dive shops in this area (and surrounding ones), look no further - easily the best club we found.
We appreciate and thank each one of the divers land dive club team members for their support, helpfulness and kindness. And special thanks to Shoy and Roy.
Hope to see each other someday again.

We had our very first dive today. And it was a wonderful experience. We were looked so well after from the minute we arrived. We felt safe all way through. We saw a lot of different fishes, wrecks and even moraine.

My first dive in Sri Lanka was a night dive at their home reef ! Night dive is a 'must do' with divers land ! Why ?Not only because Shoy and is team are really kind and professional but you know their home reef is full of sea turtles of all sizes and if I counted well I saw more than 6 or 7 sea turtles sleepingl at my first dive ! The 2 guides that dived with me ,really love to dive and made sure that it was a safe dive.

This is one of the best places to scubadive and to have fun. It was my first expericne with scubadiving. Not only had I never thought about trying scubadiving, but I also had had big fears of water depths and swimming in the open water. This life-changing encounter has gone beyond any expectations. The professionalism of the team is so cool that the whole training process before the dive went smooth and easy despite my getting scared of a lot on the way. They are truly professional in explaining and training a person while dealing with any sort of complications. Try it especially if you have never done scubadiving in your life and you will open a whole new world for yourself. And come to Divers Land Dive Club because people who work for you makes a important difference. You will find a friendly and clever attitude, a close-knit team that you will never forget and will strive to be with on and on.

After we got a good instruction and time to practice, we went into the ocean. The instructors were extremely kind - they always made sure that we are okay! We saw so many beautiful things - i‘m still amazed. The whole Team is great. One of my best experiences ever!

Went diving with my sister. She went voor her peddy (2 dives) and I had an beginners dive. I Had to practise first in a beginner pool and afther that they picked me up so we could do her second dive together. The instructions were very clear and the instructors very professional. I feld completely save during the practise and actual dive. They made a couple pictures and send them to us the same day. I recommend this diving school for both beginners and experienced divers!

We are two certified divers who were diving with Shoy and his team for 5 days in unawatuna. We can really recommend the shop for certified divers since the atmosphere is always friendly, welcoming and fun, and our divemaster, Prabath, was a very professional and competent divemaster. Thank you so much for a great time! :-)

We went there for a First Dive / Discover diving (my wife) and two fun dives myself. The equipment was in great condition. Staff very professional and attentive to the safety of the dive. The weather was not great but they still managed to take us. No one else was at the SS Rangoon wreck by the way. The Discover diving experience offers tommy wife was fabulous. It included the course the pool and a really nice dive (more than 30 minutes at around 9 meters) on a great spot full of fish… and she decided to take the certification after this great dive Thanks again Shoy and team for the experience.

I would like to plan a diving:
- Friday 4 January early morning
- 3 people: 1 has PADI (me), my 2 kids are 18 and 21, they do not have PADI but they have already dived a few times around 10m deep
- if possible around the Tango wreck
- we cannot go deeper than 15 m (we have a plane to take at 4.00 am on Saturday morning)

Sure you are welcome to dive with us.
But as open water certified divers you can not dive on tango wreck cause it’s in 25m down.but you can dive on lord Nelson wreck cause it’s in 11m!
If you like you can be at the base about 8.30am!
