The Eco walk is a great idea with arrows and maps to point you in the right direction. A little lonely so well worth going with a friend or for a family walk. It is interesting landscape and has very versatile views of the surrounding...More

We drove up from Dublin today and enjoyed our walk in Girley Bog superbly. The air is fresh and the silence is wonderful. We spent almost three hours roaming around Girley Bog and only met two other walkers and a doggy, it was as if...More

This is one to get the blood flowing, uneven surfaces are great exercise if you’re up to it. We take the dog who loves it too. Be careful in the frost and ice though as the wooden walkways can get slippery.

Having had a great day as part of a Hens' party at Causey Farm, I thought my husband and I would try the looped walk. We couldn't find anywhere to leave the car and came home.

Found this on the Internet and drove an hour to get to it. I have given it 3 stars mainly due to the lack of local signage and the access roads. Access is terrible and no signage at all on the local roads to advertise...More

Lovely walk sometimes on boardwalks through an Irish Bog. Lots of interesting birds and flowers in season and no traffic noise. You will in wet weather need wellies but otherwise good waterproof boots.

A bit of a disappointment. A bland enough walk and not well signposted. Be careful: the boardwalk is coming a bit loose in a few places. Signposting is poor and at one particularly ambiguous spot you could be sent off on an incorrect path. OK...More
