Such a beautiful shop with one of a kind items. The various artistic cypress trees are particularly beautiful. The owners are the artists. Worth a look when in Pienza.

Can't tell you how LOVELY the items in this shop are. I couldn't leave the lighting fixture there! I haven't seen such artistic lighting...both of metal workings and ceramic. The fixture was a bit steep, but it's one-of-a-kind at 650 Euros. Converted wiring was another...More

There are many wonderful pieces in this family owned shop highlighting their wrought iron products, accessories, decorative object d'art and furniture and I have bought a few of these as gifts. The owner (daughter) was lovely and very helpful. Their workshop is in the area...More

Enter a crowded yet beautifully displayed room full of iron and glass and wooden treasures. Some items are fanciful, others functional. Hoping my pine table makes it's way to California soon!

We visited the main workshop of Ferrobattuto Biagiotti (in the artisan zone outside of town) on a day when they were "demonstrating" wrought iron production (in connection with a set of activities organized by the diocesan museum in Pienza--itself well worth visiting, my wife tells...More

While dining in a restaurant in Montepulciano we saw some lovely iron statues on each table, we enquired about the shop and we were directed to Ferro Battuto Biagiotti just outside Pienza - just 8 miles away. We had already visited a number of these...More
