The book shop is great, loads of titles, open fires and a bargain barn outside which we enjoyed having a look through. The cafe is great with loads of choice, especially the cake. Staff were very friendly. We will be visiting again soon.

Stopped for lunch on our way to the Marriott Forest of Arden. We had a lovely meal, the portions are huge and the cakes were wonderful. Service was great & staff were friendly but the cafe did get very busy around 13.00 on a Saturday. We wondered around the books - huge choice and the books all seemed in great... More

Astley Book Farm provides an Oasis of calm in a very rural setting. Just getting there through the Warwickshire country side is relaxing in itself. Once there you can browse and browse all day if you want. There is no pressure and you find yourself delving into subjects that you never new existed. Relax in a lounge by a log... More

Visiting in the area and wanted to waste a couple of hours. This place is amazing. So many nook and crannies full of books. One section there are 2 Hugh sofas to read and relax on with a roaring fire which you just top up with available logs.. When you've finished browsing or pondering over a book there is a... More

This is a book lover's paradise: amazing range of second hand books at reasonable prices plus a bargain bin section. The new cafe is an excellent addition : friendly service and very tempting home-made cakes. There is a real atmosphere being in a farm , not far from Arbury Hall with its George Elliott connections.

Love this independent, unique spot. Great for book lovers and can easily spend a whole afternoon wandering through the barns and sitting in the café! Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

We visited on a Sunday morning. Enormous range and number of books. The cafe is very good quality and good value. Two enormous fruit scones and two nice coffees were £10. A big woodburning stove made everything toasty, and there were interesting and quirky signs around (also for sale). It was clearly a popular spot for people on country cycle... More
