We parked in the main car park near to the old Dovecot and walked the mile (ish) to Penmon Point where the children enjoyed exploring the beach and rock pools as well as looking out to Puffin Island.

The road is open 24 hours a day. The man collecting the toll is there from around 10.00am until 5.00pm.

Dogs are allowed on the beach at Penmon and I believe dogs on leads are welcome at the Priory
