Most crowded and littered amongst all the beaches at Gokarna. Being a prime tourist attraction, it is noisy as well.

Big and long beach but overcrowded and extremely dirty. Passage to the beach is through narrow and congested roads which passes near an important temple. Ample parking space. Pubic lavatory is not well maintained.

Taking almost 10 hours overnight bus travel from Bangalore, we reached the heaven of nature. I've been to almost all the beaches in India, and trust me haven't seen something as beautiful. Evenings at the beach are all lit up with hippie performances and serene...More

This is a nice sea beach with serenity and peace in the air. We slept in the tents put around 200 metres from the sea on Gokarna beach. It was an awesome experience. In the morning, we got into the water for sometime and enjoyed...More

The beach is closer to the Mahabaleshwar temple and most of the visitors here are devotees. There are no sports activities offered here. There is a warning placed at the entrance about not entering into water.

This beach is near to the mahabaleshwar temple and quite famous among the people who come to visit temple. I didn't see much tourist over here.

Paradise Beach is best but there are some spots between Om and Paradise that are also nice ~ use caution of the cliffs when camping or hiking there :)

Hi Shibin, Paradise beach is best for camping in gokarna. it is little bit far from crowded om beach and you have to trek or take boat to reach there. Another option is kumta beach which is almost 30km far from gokarna.
