We went there during the Winter Illumination. There is a one-way route around the garden and the best stuff is near the end. There are two tunnels covered in lights, and in between them there is a nature-themed moving picture light show. It's someone difficult to get there with public transportation, as the buses only run every 20 minutes to... More

This was on my bucket list and I was very fortunate to get there last week. Each year the winter illuminations have a different theme and this year was the planet. In addition, there is two tunnel of lights that you walk through. We were staying in Tokyo and to get there we took the Shinkansen to Nagoya and then... More

Very impressive light festival and light show (mid-Oct to early May)! Couldn't stop taking photos. Really worth going! Near shopping outlet (around 5 to 10 minutes by bus). If you go directly from Nagoya, it's about 50 to 60 minutes by bus.

We bought the package that includes the Kintetsu train return ticket, bus to Nabana no Sato return ticket and the entrance ticket to Nabana no Sato. All for 3,170 yen (a saving of 370 yen if you bought the tickets separately). The package can be bought at the Kintetsu Railway Station ticket window. Since we visited on a drizzling Sunday... More

It is so beautiful at night, all made up of lights. You must visit there when you stay in the Nagashima Resort

A garden with an awesome illumination scenery. The bundled 1000 yen purchase coupon is an unnecessary cost burden for some but for some an extra motivation for shopping. This year the theme was related to Mother Nature and in one word was awesome.

If I lived in Japan, I'd come here every year for the winter illumination. No pictures can do justice to the beautiful lights fixtures that is put up.

This is my 2nd visit after my 1st visit in Dec 2014 as this is a beautiful attraction that shouldn't be missed. I believe each year they have different theme. Entry fee has gone up to 2300 yen and as usual with the 1000 yen voucher to be used for either food or entry to Begonia Garden.

Was there in the morning of Christmas Eve. No crowd and was really relaxing to meander to take in the sights of flowers.
