Wandered in by accident ! Not well advertised from the outside. It's near the centre by the hump back bridge Young guide gave a personal and very informative tour of the building, all in excellent English. Very cheap entry.

It's just 10 kuna, so don't expect much. There's a small exhibition with descriptions in a dozen different languages (kudos for that). You can also watch a movie (Croatian only) about history of salt production in Pag.
