This was a cheap, well maintained, safe walk to do on a rainy afternoon. Very busy, but not too much so that you couldn't get some great pics of the waterfalls. Parking seemed a bit haphazard, but it was great. Toilets and a cafe too.

Relatively inexpensive, the gorge is a lovely walk alongside a set of waterfalls, culminating in a great fall at the top. Well laid out with lots of historical information to read about how the bridges were made by early pioneers. Well worth a visit if you...More

Pleasant uphill walk alongside a wooded gorge. There are no really steep parts of the path, but it is a fairly relentless steady rising path which includes steps and bridges. Anyone with mobility problems should think carefully before going. Saying that, you can turn around...More

This is a lovely walk tracking the river through woodland. It is very well preserved and the walkways are well maintained. There is also plenty of informational signs along the walk. Worth a trip if you gave a spare couple of hours. Very pretty and...More

This is located about 20 mins drive from Chamonix near Servoz. The walk is only a couple of kilometres in a round trip. The walking is generally easy not particularly steep but sloppy in parts. Would suit children over the age of 7. There is...More

Very nice walk for about 2 hours, so many spots for nice pictures. The only down side that its too dangerous to walk with kids under 4 so you need to carry them most of the time since no stroller path is available.
