Reconstruction of the museum from 2016 to 2018 means you will not see very much. The outside park walk for 2.50€ per person takes 30 min. I suggest you wait until it's rebuilt.

Pitty, we found it was only partly opened due to renovation. It was limited to a small building with some finds and explanations, and outside we could see some ruins of the Roman castle. The museum building is now renovated and the collection is also...More

The museum is closed till 2018 but still a nice walk checking out the roman ruins. As you walk through the cemetery you think of all the roman ruins just buried underneath you.

We were with freinds in Limes Museum and we had nice time there. The Kino with the video of 20 minutes was very interessting. admission price 5 EUR per person

Excellent exhibit with helmets to try on and videos. We loved the reconstructed stable and crane.The fort only shows the outline of former buildings.
