We were lucky enough to go on the Sea Eagles and Lagoon trip on 20th April, 2022. It was a glorious day, if a little breezy. When we turned up we were greeted by friendly staff who issued us with waterproof clothing and life jackets. The trip was perfect with lots of close up views of the local seal population and spectacular iews of numerous soaring Sea Eagles. Every turn of the RIB gave us a view worthy of National Geographic, amazing white sand beaches and water such a beautiful colour of blue that words simply wouldn't do it justice. We will definitely book with Seatrek again the next time we visit Lewis

Excellent afternoon out with Seatrek. We did the 2 hour Gallon Head trip and it really is one of the best ways to see the Island. We got close to the cliffs and the bays and managed to see loads of different types of jellyfish, and some seals! Our guide was very informative too. We got given all the waterproofs we needed and got given a hot drink and biscuits on our return. Highly recommended!

We missed out on a trip due to us making a last minute decision and they were all booked, but sea trek kept our number. On a beautiful sunny morning they called to say an extra trip was laid on and did we want go? We were slightly far away but happily we said yes and made it with a few minutes to spare. Very pleased we did….. On a fast rib we toured round numerous small islands spotting seals, visiting sea caves and arches and learning about the fish farming industry. The finale was ten minutes in the company of dolphins cavorting around us. As the Sea trek skipper and I agreed …’pretty cool’. Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and everything was clean and organised. We felt very well looked after….and we saw dolphins!

Had a wonderful day out on the 3 hour RIB boat islands tour with Seatrek. We were greeted with a friendly welcome by a young female (unfortunately I did not catch her name) who engaged in conversation and handed us our life jackets for the day. There is a toilet block located next to the offixes which were very clean. We were then taken down to the boat by the skipper with our guide Amy/Aimee who was very informative throughout the duration of the trip. We were taken to various different islands around the west coast of Lewis, including Little Bernera, and saw some seals and various sea birds. We then landed on a beach on Little Bernera where we had an hour to do as we please and explore the beautiful beaches. On returning to the Seatrek office, we were welcomed with warm drinks including tea/coffee/hot chocolate. All this incredible service for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful trip on the RIB. So welcoming and friendly from start to finish despite the necessary Covid 19 restrictions. We were helped by Lynn to don out waterproofs and even that was fun! ( whilst stressing the importance) On board Jonathan and skipper Hamish (I think) were great, we lingered where the dolphins were and again for curious seals. We watched a sea Eagle tormenting gulls, diving gannets and saw the most beautiful coves abc lagoons. The scenery was spectacular and even the sun came out. At necessary points along the way Jonathan came closer to us and explained the animal behaviour including the hunting tricks or Orca, the landscape, with local stories about the names of beaches. We could not have asked for more. Four adults and two small children all thoroughly entertained. We had a private charter, as the online booking was full, so don’t be put off if you can’t book online, often parties can be catered for with a phone call. We will be back next year. Thank you Seatrek
