What a beautiful expanse of a blue flag beach. Ideal for a long walk, swimming , surfing or just a family day on the beach! Beautiful clear, clean water! Quite busy the day we visited!

We went for a short picture taking stop to this lovely beach, it has a decent wave and lovely mountain views. We've learned that one day in Achill Island is not enough to explore all the hidden gems like this place.

Keel Beach was right beside our B&B and we couldn't have been happier about that. It is a gorgeous, clean blue flag beach. It is a very long sandy beach and makes for a great walk. The neighbouring sheep happily graze all around the beach.

Nice white sandy beach. Good place for families. Quiet area. Good place for a picnic. Definitely worth to come in there.

Bit cold as it was early spring but was delightfully clear day. Great imposing cliff on eastern side was very striking. Weren’t brave enough to go for a swim as am well acquainted with Irish waters. Clean golden beach, great for walk or in summer...More
