we took the little boat trip with our family 2 adults and 2 children , we had a great day the guide/Skipper was very well informed and clearly had a love of nature , we were lucky to see lots of wildlife and take some great pictures

Was a bit of a lucky find this one as me and my girlfriend cycled off the main road in search of a nice beach, and we sure found one, its stunning! Wasn't too busy either. The marsh itself is also worth exploring as the wildlife was fantastic!

Beautiful lagoon but we were disappointed as the boat giving trips stopped doing the trips for the winter at the end of September. The flamingos were there in abundance but as the boat wasn't running it was impossible to get really near them

Nice little 1 hour boat trip around lagoon with lots of bird life including flamingoes. Also saw a Kingfisher and sea Adler. 4 Euros, follow signs to la pischeria. Lots of parking available. Need to book as timetable a little erratic.

We went here for something different to do rather than the visit to the beach. The car park was v busy with creative parking styles but think everyone parks here to get over to the beach on the boat across the lagoon (cheaper than parking at la cinta). We saw none else on the nature walk and other than the... More

The stagno is really stunning, especially at sunset. It's easier to see the flamingos from the ss125, but the location is still peaceful and worth a visit. Just avoid eating at the Peschiera restaurant... If you want to save the 12 euros for the boat trip, take the service to and from la Cinta North (4 euros) and combine your... More

If you need a day for buying inflatable toys, t-shirts and souvenirs, go ahead to San Teodoro. You do not go there if you are searching for the true Sardo feel. Other towns are better for that, use San Teodoro for the charter town it is. Go there the day it rains!

Firstly the good stuff; the boat trip around the lagoon was fun. We saw flamingos, cormorants, tern and some ducks. We stopped on the beach and the host showed us a number of the plants. She was very knowledgeable about the lagoon and the life within. Ok, so the less good. There aren't many tours so it's worth knowing the... More

We didn't see any wildlife whatsoever. Sorry, sea gulls do not count. We were hopeful for some flamingoes but perhaps a little late in the year?

We only discovered these beaches on our last day, all the guide books espouse the north of Olbia, but we found that driving south from our hotel was much nicer and easier and the beaches were glorious
