We went to visit the winery which is very well known. The architectural design is quite impressive but on the other hand the rest left to much to Desire. The people were not given the customers the necessary time, they really did not care. In...More

The building alone is worth a visit! If you are by car, there is a parking lot downhill, and there’s a minibus bringing people all the way up the hill and back down (which we only found out afterwards, when we were descending again but...More

The place is stunning. The modern architecture hidden in the side of a hill takes up the space of a small village. Our guide was lovely - informative and knowledgeable - making it interesting for a non connoisseur like me. Although the wine tasting was...More

The modern architecture is breath taking. The tour & tasting was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable. We ate lunch on the property which was treat and very good. Nor sure why so many griped about the wine. It was excellent in our opinion.

Beautiful, modern piece of architecture. Sadly, it is now totally tourist driven and no longer about the wine. This family has been making wine for over 700 years and the highlight now is the building.

Even if you are not into wine, you need to visit this place just to see it. You get the feeling of being in a James Bond movie where he gets to visit the vilain's HQ. The winery is hidden in the hill side and...More

We had a group of 6 that attended for a wine tasting. All 6 are keen and experienced wine enthusiasts. We were quite honestly shocked and upset about how rude the employees were for starters. Then the wine was not that flash and the tastings...More

So many reviews here mention the architecture rather than the wine. Your free to roam around much of this stunning space without being on a wine tour. Visit the museum , the shop, climb the staircase and even wander into the vines and the garden....More
