It was very busy here when we visited, finding somewhere to park was tricky. The beach is lovely with boardwalks behind leading you to the beach. Beach cafe provided. Sea was lovely and clear, some parts were a bit rocky underfoot.

My children liked other beaches on the island, but found them small and cluttered. This beach is long so there is room for everyone. The sea is turquoise and there are shops, toilets, resturants etc nearby. Loved it!

Very busy beach, there are many around the island far better. Carpark is huge so no problems with parking. Restaurant on the beach provides nice snacks and drinks

One of the beaches you feel you’re not in Europe. Despite the crowd this was splendid. Must be a paradise outside the high season.

We were in walking distance of the beach so never had to use the parking facilities. The beach was very popular and the car park always seemed very busy so I'd suggest it'd be an early (ish)start to guarantee a parking spot... More

I went by car myself, but from what I can see on the Internet it should be ok. You should be able to take a bus up to Alaior, and then an other from there down to Son Bou. The route might look complicated on a map, but a lot... More
