These "must see" markets never fail to disappoint! 90% of stalls seemingly selling the same trash sold in any market in any country. Two or three "artesan" shops with some decent merchandise in any size but the one you want !! Crazy busy !

You can't visit Lanzarote without 'seeing' the Sunday Market at the island's former capital Teguise. Yes you have to barter and watch what stall holders are asking; 7 euros at one stall might be 5 euros a few yards away! We also visited the guitar...More

Worth a trip to see all the different stalls. The market is huge glad we went many of the stalls are repeated but ideal for gifts and souvenirs.

Sorry, we came up from Playa Blanca by the public bus service, which is very good and very cheap. You should check with your hotel. Sorry, I can't help more but you will get there. If you take my advice, don't go!

definitely worth a visit, there's something for everyone; the prices are average but it depends what you are looking for as each seller has different items

Too far to walk, all the companies do busses but local busses also run there. If you look on or around market days they stick an extra market timetable in the bus stops.
