Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Enjoyed our visit. Parents with two kids, 2 and 5. We had a warm welcome from the owner and loved the huge garden with a wide range of variety of sculptures and trees. We noticed some squirrels during our walk, our kids loved that. Lovely space to visit, takes around 1 a 2 hours.

I read about it ahead of time, but still was amazed of how much Johanna and her husband accomplished in 25 years. Unfortunately, we were there a bit too early in the season, it must be a real paradise when the trees/shrubs are blooming or fully leafed.
Very interesting sculptures doted all over the area. Johanna took the time to answer our questions and explain the work which went into this garden. A well spent 2 hrs away from all the tourist areas.

Our visit to the gardens was an unexpected surprise! I was so sorry to have not know about this extraordinary place prior to our visit yesterday. It is a gem! The concept is one that allows for exquisite sculpture nestled within a garden of the most beautiful trees and plants that regardless of the time of year, offer complete satisfaction to the visitor. Spend an hour with yourself or walk quietly with a partner …… perfect way to spend your time. Highly recommended. It’s food for the soul.

Lovely gardens with over 30 sculptures dotted around, most made by the owner. Garden walk is well signposted and shows off the best of the garden. Limited opening at weekends only and for 5 euros is a good way to spend an hour or so. The gardens are also well signposted from the road.

Fascinating sculptures and a wonderful selection of plants and trees. An oasis. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming and informative. It is her home and some of the sculptures in the garden are hers. We bought some seeds to try to grow in our own Spanish garden.

We were surprised to find so many unusual trees and plants. There were some interesting sculptures and we loved the tranquility of this garden. At the end of the tour we were presented with a home made apricot liquor. We can only recommend this garden and the welcoming hosts. An Oasis amongst the madness.

A beautiful sculpture garden. Some really fun and unusual exhibits. The garden planting was worth the trip alone. Very little shade so wear a hat!

Is there somewhere to eat/drink nearby within walking distance?

There is no bar nearby. We advise our visitors to bring some food and drinks and enjoy those in the stimulating environment of the garden. There are sufficiënt chairs and tables at nice sites.
