Just a nice bit of countryside to wander through , pick up a map at Pego tourist office. Small cafe by spring, take a towel if you fancy swim in the very clear water.

Visited with four friends. Beautiful qrounds landscape water. All you could want for a relaxing time. Take comfortable clothing and shoes.

Discovered this gem last November and went back again yesterday. Funnily enough it was a lot wetter this time despite the heat! Some of the paths were flooded. Great nature reserve - wish they would indicate if you can swim anywhere... A previous posted mentioned...More

Very disappointing. No sign posts. Drove around for an hour trying to find something that resembled the cafe, and somewhere for a swim. Never found it. Even the locals didn't know where it was. Saw a few birds but no other wild life. Don't bother.
