It is a wheat mill. The location is on a beautiful open field. The mill was still working when we visited it and the miller was very friendly telling us everything about the work of his mill. We bought some packs of flour.

Not only an informative visit, but the view from the mill and the walk from the station is picturesque. I very much recommend buying a bag of flour from the mill, it makes for a fantastic apple pie.
