A beautiful, clean studio situated in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. The yoga instructors are amazing, as are the massage therapists. It's been a great discovery for 2019, and I really recommend this place for exercise and relaxation.

I did a Saturday half day workshop with the lovely Laura Shipsey. I'd had classes with her before, and knew she was really good - but only for an hour; so I was a bit concerned about how this would be! I shouldn't have worried,...More

Fabulous yoga teachers who treat everyone as an individual, staff who know you, great selection of treatments. As soon as you walk down the steps and enter reception it is like entering an oasis of calm.

Had my first float experience this week and it absolutely blew me away. Lovely calming atmosphere in reception and very private rooms where your personal float pod is. Sorbet and tea when you are finished.

I found the entire experience to be very stressful tbh. My other half enjoyed it a little but we both found the water to be almost cold/tepid. The atmosphere in the spa itself was very chaotic with a yoga class just getting out so we...More

I had a wonderful floatation session: all beautifully explained, and reassurance offered for any of my quiet concerns. The floatation pod itself is spacious and at just the right temperature to relax in. The pod is within its own room with its own shower and...More

Fantastic staff, a really relaxing atmosphere, great yoga teachers. Good value for money as well as being flexible as to the way in which one can attend classes. I really enjoy my visits, and intend to keep going back as often as I can!

The water can be heated up to 37 degrees, it’s good to call up and let them know before your session that you’d like it warmer as it takes time to warm up. I feel the cold and float comfortably with the water temperature at... More
