A wonderful spot in the beautiful town, Kildare. The Cathedral is full of beautiful stained glass and St. Brigid history. One of the highlights is Paddy at the Round Tower. He was so informative, he brought the place alive with history.

Our tour guide took us here so we could get an up-close view of one of the round towers. It was amazing! So tall and they only used ladders to get to the top.

Went after hours to see it and the metal gate was locked so we could only view it from there. It looks well maintained from the exterior.

Easy to get there, nice walk, beautiful church inside, great pictures from there You will not pay 2 euros in order to be into the church, it is lovely
