Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Called here as part of our tour on a coach holiday. Plenty of top name brands. They sure know how to change people. Didn't buy anything as I thought it was too dear, only 1 person out of our group bought anything the rest said too expensive. Places to eat and drink, toilets available

Mostly clothes shops but well worth the visit.
Plenty of other things on sale and every shop we went in to the staff were helpful and polite and very friendly.
Bought items at what we thought was a decent price, when we checked online later we realised that we had got a better bargain at prices less than a well known on line seller.

There are some really good deals and they have more deals for members which is free to join the membership. When we came, there was an additional 20% off if you were a member in almost all stores. Aubra in concierge services was an absolute gem!!! She held our bags for us at concierge while we shopped and helped me sort out some VAT tax issues. Everything was so speedy and so customer service forward. I've never had this level of service anywhere and I was so impressed. I looked up their other villages (as they have stores in other cities) and I'll be visiting! Thank you Kildare Village! It was a great visit. For those wondering, if you can make the trip happen if you're visiting Dublin from aboard, you can! For reference, we took the train in from Dublin and it was a 15 min walk from the station to the shopping center. Totally a doable trip for any of those people visiting Dublin and want to do some shopping!

Whenever we spend our holidays in Ireland, a trip to Kildare Village is a fixed program item we look forward to. With the men's clothing there was always something for my husband in a large size. But I (women's size 50 or 22/24) always came up empty and could only get lucky with shoes, handbags and accessories.
In the last few years that had changed and I was happy in some shops about plus size clothing for women and spent some money at the outlet.
This year my disappointment was great when it fell back to the old level. When I asked in the shops where I had successfully shopped in 2022 and 2023, for example, I got the answer that large sizes were no longer delivered to the shops in Kildare. What a shame!
Kildare Village still appeals to us. We like the well-kept ambience, like to eat at Sprout and like to browse the boutiques of the brands that you won't find in Germany.
But if you know from the outset that you can only get shoes or handbags, the joy is a bit clouded.
We will certainly come back, but with subdued expectations.

You’d imagine that you’d get some bargains here as Kildare Village is promoting itself as an outlet. But sadly this is not the case. Staff in most stores are quite snobby. Even though I live within a hours drive it’s not an enticing day trip

I called to Kildare Village today 26th November 2024. I go there around this time every year. My purpose is to buy presents at The Molton Brown Outlet. The service I got there was incredible and all the help I got from Martina. Such a lovely person she even remembered me from Last year. She knew exactly what I wanted and I was so impressed with her . It was very busy and she still made time for me. Molton Brown Outlet should be very proud of her 10 out of 10 for the service she gave me. To Martina Thanks again. Kieran.

I'm writing this review after many visits to Kildare Village and is not based on one visit
I find Kildare Village to be simply an amazing place for a shopaholic like me who has a small amount to spend in different stores .
As a person with a hidden disability and mobility issues the car park staff are so incredibly helpful at start of visit.
The grounds, plants ,displays especially christmas are beautiful and so artistic.
I mainly shop in loccatine, Joseph Ribkoff,Michael kors,Molten Brown, rituals and Neom.I find the staff very helpful ,knowledgeable and very friendly .
I noticed the following and would just love to recognise the following staff members on my last visit
Ryan in Watch Station
Aishling in Elmis
Lisa and Anne in Joseph Ribkoff
Madison on Rituals
Emily and Julie Anne in apartments
These staff members went way beyond call of duty .
I also want to state that I had also a very bad experience in Watch station with a young female manager before Christmas who reduced me to tears refused to give me her name for fear of bad review I presume and was so rude to me...but I still shop there .All other staff that I can't remember their names are wonderful too.especially in loccatine Noem kilkenny pop up and Michael kors
I think Kildare Village is a Class Act and a lovely day out (if not raining) away from bustle of Dublin .
I also love the hands re shopping as I'm unable physically to carry bags .
The Young men in hands free shopping are so efficient, kind and caring .
I also deal love the benefits of membership and intend to enjoy each one and was so delighted when Lisa in Ribkoff organised an apartment visit .
I also get great bargains that I would not otherwise be able to afford
Thank you Kildare Village and will be back again within 2 weeks.......
Sorry its taken me so long to write a review
Thank you all in Kildare Village

My daughter and I had a great day here. We spent 7 hours shopping until we litterly dropped! And prob could have gone to a few more shop! Not a massive amount for teenage girls but still plenty. Especially skin care..some clothes shops but not a lot..but she was still delighted with her shopping.
Staff very very friendly and chatty but not a bit pushy.
Great value on designer products. Some still way out of our budget (bit loved looking at them) but others great value especially Tommy hil, Nike, addias, rituals and sweaty Betty. Got great deals.
But more so a very plesent fun day out for my daughter and I. Lovely food and coffee...even got a free coffee with points..which I used before left for home and was welcomed before drive home. Tip! Sign up.for membership for points and 10% off and if u have a student card bring it as the sports shops accept it. Adding to the savings! Cannot wait to go again with her..Lovely bonding day. 💕

Lovely variety of shops and a beautiful Italian restaurant and lovely staff around the whole shopping centre. Thank you Kate for helping us out today by offering us the hands-free shopping service. We will be back!

Nice place to walk around, clean, nice, very beautiful playground for children, caffès, and even very beautiful toilets. Very pleasant for a day off
Shopping? Not so sure… They sell leftovers of old collections. After discussing my suspicion with the assistants there, I conclude that the quality of the products might not be the same as in the main luxury stores. Also, was surprised to see that some brands bring the best models as exhibits, but not for sale! Finally, the heavy luxury brands are not there

Good discounts. But try on clothes first. Sizes differ.

Hi - Does the tourist information centre still give the 10%
discount card to shoppers?

Hi, I am looking for new Clarks shoes for my 2 daughter's. Is it worth the trip from Dublin to the Outlet or are the prices not worth the distance? There isn't any other shop we would be going to there we may wander about but due to the bad weather conditions recently this may not be an option anyway. Please advise many thanks in advance 🤗
Written 22 February 2020
Sorry about the delayed reply but i imagine the prices in kildare village will be really competitive when they reopen!
I have bought bargains in the Clarks shop there!
Hope this helps

Has anyone bought a Mulberry handbag? If so, what sort of discounts can be expected? Thanks
Written 23 January 2020
My husband bought me a mulbery bag for Christmas in Kildare Village. It was over €600. It wasn’t my style of bag but guess what. Mulberry refused a refund even though they had nothing that I wanted for that price. I’m disgusted. The manager said it’s their policy NEVER to refund. A sorry and expensive lesson. I picked another bag for the closest price I could get. And the manager charged me €5 extra! The alarm went off as I left the shop and they came after me. I had to go back and they removed a tag they’d missed.
The bags are much better value in BTs better selection and I bet they do refunds for unwanted gifts. Not much difference in price. I’ll never shop in Kildare village Mulberry again. A very unpleasant experience.

is there somewhere in or around Kildare Village that i could park my car safely for a week without being clamped or getting a fine?
Written 9 September 2019
I don't think so. All car parks max 2 hours then they might clamp you.

Can you bring your dog on the lead into the village? I know they will probably not be welcome in the shops.
Written 1 September 2019
According to website dog kenneling is complimentary book in on arrival. Haven't tried it yet but good idea

Yip, apart from the usual Starbucks there’s a number of wee coffee / Crepe & 🍩 stands in and around the area 👍
