    Expensive Expensive Expensive
Visited Kildare Village mid week, plenty of free parking spaces. The prices in 99% of the stores are ridiculously high, definitely no bargains in Kildare Village. Having visited Woodbury Common and many other "outlets" in USA there is absolutely no comparison. You will be paying top dollar in Kildare Village. I won't be wasting my time returning to this place. Extremely disappointing!!!

    Anti-Dog
Thoroughly disgusted with Kildare Village and their treatment of myself and my husband today. Targeted by security and told we could not bring our dogs into the Village mall just after they allowed another shopper walk in ahead of us with their dog. It is not easy to find their anti dog policy on their website. Their website highlights kennels but no mention here or link to their anti dog policy at this section. To get to the kennels you walk through the same village I was not permitted to go through with my dogs. Both were on short leads and well behaved Kildare Village seems to have different rules for different people as I have frequently seen dogs waking through the shopping mall area which are clearly not going to the kennels. Shall not be shopping in Kildare Village based on today’s poor treatment. In total contrast both dogs enjoyed breakfast inside in a lovely restaurant in Naas and where welcomed into The National Stud.

    Rude
Vans. Do not bother going into the vans shop. A particular member of staff is arrogant and rude. They would put you off buying absolutely anything even if it were 50c. Seems to have particular notions of importance. If u want a rude service by all means go in. Otherwise I’d keep walking.

    Home and Cook Store
Terrible customer service! Belittled for trying to collect an item that had been missing from an earlier purchase. Called in yesterday to collect it and a very rude, inept staff member refused to give me it. I explained it had been put by. She wouldn’t even check and basically insinuated I was lying. It was awful. Waited for an hour and 1/2 in the Village for the manager. I simply repeated the reason for my visit. She checked my details and sure enough the item had been put by. Finally got it - no fuss but no apology for the earlier debacle either. That same staff member came up with her to the counter! A horrible experience. The only saving grace was one member of staff who was professional and pleasant when I first called in. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you.

    Nice looking but Not outlets
Aesthetically it’s pretty . Lovely landscaping. It’s nice to wander around but a long way to travel for very little to no discounts. It’s Not comparable to US shopping outlets ,which I think people think/hope it will be. Think high end labels with maybe 10% off. It’s luxury which = €€€.The food is expensive too. The young guy in Nike was rude ,got a vibe. Found staff in the other outlets nice , especially the ladies in Molton Brown. Tip: Do not go if it’s raining!

    Rituals kildare village- avoid
Rituals at kildare village. Very disappointing to find out at checkout rituals expect you to purchase a minimum if 2 products, I've never heard of such a policy. Needless to say, I left the product behind and will never return to rituals again. This is pure greed at its best. Just want to warn people don't expect to drop in for one item , poor customer service

A very, very poor Bicester Village
The photos on the website could fool you into thinking it was Bicester village (virtually identical in style and colour) however upon visiting today it’s clear the size and range of products at Kildare are not of the same calibre. Tiny sized shops with little choice and virtually no discount. At Bicester dogs are welcomed into boutiques such as Loro Diana, Ralph Lauren and Mulberry etc, at Kildare you can’t even walk them around outside. The only plus side of our visit today was we didn’t encounter any rude staff like other reviews have mentioned.

Great for shopping. Inadequate parking, restaurants and toilets.
I come here at least twice per month, for 21 yrs now Nothing much has changed Great place to shop. Big downfall is not enough restaurants and even queuing for all the men's toilets. Very little thought put into providing adequate restaurants, toilets and car parking. I booked my parking space online arrived and there were no car park spaces.

    Don’t bother
Very disappointing. Some stores had minimum purchase two items! The so called 10% off ‘members discount” is a con as no store I went to accepted it. Oh also no acceptance of a One4all gift card either. And after traipsing around over-priced shops there is nowhere decent to have lunch!

Came here for a family shopping, went with the kids to the playground. They have bark all over it. Kid’s clothes all dirty in two minutes, footwear dirty in a minute.
Why on Earth have they used bark on the playground?!

I and my family visited the Kildare village today for a day out shopping and to my amazement realised there was an art gallery in the village. This is great!

Massive boost to the village bringing something different. The cherry on the top. We visited the gallery and would recommend this to anyone who is visiting the village. Great works of art on display and a very welcoming owner! 🙏☘️

On a showery day we were lucky to dodge most of the rain & enjoyed a few hours shopping. Good selection of outlets, obviously popular. Quite a crowd in the afternoon with a great cosmopolitan atmosphere.
