My partner and I came here on the 20th of Feb and we had a great time. My little girl who is only 2 loved all the exhibits and loved watching all of the fish swimming around. People who have moaned about the price of the place need to understand the upkeep of looking after the animals so of course... More

I visited on January 4th with my daughter after booking online. Unfortunately they had no records of me paying online so I had to pay again £16+ and said if I checked my online banking they would refund if I was charged twice. It's now 17th February and after 8+ phone calls and emails I'm still waiting for my refund........... More

Cost just under £20 for myself and my 4 year old.. we were there an hour max and that included a visit to the cafe. The place is truly filthy! Poor animals!! The whole place needs an... More

The tanks are absolutely filthy. The smell in the place is disgusting. £10.75 per adult is atrocious. There's nothing about the place. Didn't even see a member of staff apart from the one we brought the ticket off. The place really needs sorting out!!
