Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cold outdoor pool, tiny indoor pool, no whirlpool, and no hot tub. You’re not allowed to wear swim trunks and they make you waste money on buying Speedos, which cost us about 45 euros for four people. Our swim cost around 300 euros. Don’t go, you could be skiing instead and actually having fun!

3 main downsides and why we will never go back:
1. Facilities are limited (only one indoor pool that’s not very warm, outdoor pool which is freezing, no jacuzzi; showers poorly situated and none in dressing room; dressing room freezing )
2. Terrible service, life guards were angry and mean, and as mentioned in other people’s posts - overly rules based
3. Horrible value for money - we paid 70 euro for 2 people to enter and due to the limited facilities, we literally only stayed less than an hour

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try this pool area out. We were denied to enter since the boys in our family wore swimming trunks/shorts not Speedos.

A swimming pool for the locals mostly I would say.
They are very strict in what you can or cannot wear to the pool, and (again) just refuse to explain to you what they want in English.
Poor service.

Tested the spa-area of Aquacime, did not go on the pool area outside. Very nice and comfortable, the sauna (the one at 80°, didn't go to the one at 70°) was good and had the water bucket inside which starts to be rare in France where people do not know how to use it. The adjacent pool is not very large and could be fast crowded but it has quite a lot of different corners with different water nozzles. Relaxing areas are nice as well. I will return.
the minus point would be that apparently the children are allowed in the pool (not in the sauna-hammam area, there it's +16yrs). This said, I did not see any children there.

When we arrived I was asked what kind of swim pants I am using. I was the first time in France and was not sure why they are asking me that question, but I realized that in France it is not allowed to wear "loose" shorts or other loose swim suits. So remember to get a true swim pant which is close to your body. But personal is very kind and took some minutes to explain why they dont like the loose pants. Normal pants that are also used for other sports could be conterminated and get too much dirt into the water. I am not sure if this strategy is really effective, but okay, each country has its own rules. We accepted it and I had to buy a new tight pant for 10€ at the pant machine.
Water was clean and it was not much of chemicals. You can even open your eyes under water without getting red eyes.
Saunas are very good. 80°C / 70°C / Hamam and other room at 35°C (we didnt understand if there is a further effect in this room). clean and at the right temperature.
Pools are okay, not the best, because the massage areas are very popular so that you need to keep an eye on the massage zones to get one. also the massage power is weak. it is more a nice feeling. Outdoor pool has a nice view on the mountains.
Everywhere there is stuff watching out for safety.
Entrance for adults is 17€. Which we found is okay. There is free water and tee inclusive. Children pay 13 €
There are resting rooms as well (with a nice view on nature).
4 stars (because we had to buy new pants)

Make sure you take your budgie smugglers coz that’s the French way! Thirteen euros gets a beautiful new clean pool and sauna and jacuzzi.

Beautiful pool for a winter swim. Gin clear, steaming water and a snowy backdrop. Also good saunas and steam room plus a chill out area with loungers.

You must come here if you are staying in the area of Les Carroz. Go after skiing. €13 to get in. Men must wear speedo type swimmers not shorts. They won't let you in if you don't have them. There is an indoor pool with jacuzzis, jets, whirlpool etc. An outdoor pool where you can roll in the snow and jump back in the water. Saunas, steam room and an ice bucket which you must do!! You can walk from the village in ten minutes or catch the A bus.
This place is luxurious. Float around and look at the mountains turning pink.

The indoor pool is not open in summer. The outdoor pool is basic, with surrounding concreted areas already deteriorating so that it is unpleasant to walk bare foot. Nevertheless, it is clean and functional but nothing to write home about (where we have similar facilities)
