Very well maintained, lots of interesting historical info. Great for families. There is a "scavenger hunt" you can do while exploring the grounds.

The self guided tour was very good and full of history. The only problem was that the lighthouse closed when we were there because of lightning in the area. We were not able to climb the lighthouse. They did give us a rain check to...More

We have visited this lighthouse multiple times. The trip to the top never gets old. There are 203 actual steps in the winding staircase to the top. Trust me, the view is worth it (at least to us), you can see the ocean and the...More

Climbing the lighthouse and exploring the buildings around it was really interesting and fun! It is a long way to the top - 200+ steps! - but the views were worth it. However there were a lot of wasps up at the top on one...More

Just ok. Nice lighthouse but not as spectacular as some of the other postings. However, view from top was beautiful. Must see once.

It is a great tour. The lighthouse is tall with amazing views. The workers' houses are neat to walkthrough and the gift shop is nice. The price to get in is minimal and definitely worth it. Check this lighthouse out!

The grounds hold several different buildings that showcase the life and times of not only lighthouse keepers but also general life in Daytona in the early days. I learned a lot. The lighthouse climb was arduous but rewarding.
