During my stay in Iligan City in the late nineties, we used to go Timoga Cold Springs at Buru-un, a 30-minute ride from the city proper. The place, Timoga, is blessed with an array of resorts since the source of water is really overflowing (pun intended). You've got to choose the resort you like. It has a festive atmosphere daily...... More

When you're done with waterfall adventures (tinago & mimbalot falls), this place is a great finalè! Have a dip on its icy-cold pools and fun-filled slides for kids and adults!

If you are looking for a wonderful thibg to do in Iligan City, you must Visit timoga spring pools. The waters are fresh spring waters, cold and clean. Iliganons and tourists love this place inspite of the increasing entrance fees and table/cottage charges. As of this writing, the entrance fee is 100 pesos. TIP: to help the city earn through... There are several pools to choose from. It is highly recommended for families who want to cool off on a summer day at 100php per person. Senior citizens are free whenever they bring their ID with them. If you are opting for a huge pool then go for Dela Mar Pool with it's 16ft. deep pool at the other end.

This place is great for summer heat bonding while spending quality time with family and friends! The water is refreshing and you can bring marinated pork or fish for grilling, they have area for you to wash dishes and do the grilling. You can bring lechon too if you wanted to, free of charges. Will go back again this year!... More

Timoga is known for its cold springs. So whenever we visit Iligan, our relatives make sure that they bring us here. It looks like regular pool you see everywhere. But what makes this different is that the water is free-flowing. It's not treated with chlorine and you don't have to worry about people peeing and spitting on the water because... More

The place has many resorts and restaurants that can accommodate you and your family anytime of the year. The food can be served at nearby markets or you can have a "take-out" from Iligan City restaurants.

April is summer and it is hot! The waters of Timoga Cold Springs are unchlorinated natural spring water. The water is refreshingly cold. I prefer the natural pool from the tiled ones. Most locals prefer the tiled pools. Most travelers prefer the natural pools. This is a must visit place when you are in Iligan.
