Kinda like sanya but the budget version. Busy during holidays. Clean beaches. Hotels are so so. Worth visiting for a few days. I'm glad I came. Transport links not good. Need to improve. Traffic jam!

If you looking for something different and don't want to go to sanya, try this island. Excellent restaurants along the beach front. Seafood is expensive though! Excellent market street and good for a walk around. Very local. Hardly any English spoken.

Typical beach. Nothing special. There are boundaries so you can't swim everywhere you want. There are events and night time activities such as fireworks if you go during the right season.

This little island is much more accessible and cheaper than Hainan. Easy to get to and definitely worth a visit. Gets crowded in Summer, but we were there out of season so it was relatively empty. Taxis will try rip you off, but motorbike taxis...More
