Punjsheer valley is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been to, I climbed its mountains and went to local restaurants, the food and the water heals the body, the scienary, the hospitality and weather is amazing, must visit again!

It was terrible, to go the home of warlords, smugglers and criminals..... better be away instead you can go to Bamyan to enjoy peaceful environment.

I took a taxi here from kabul. Getting in was sketchy as the police have not seen many tourists. But once you enter the valley you are confronted with beautiful mountain Vistas and small quaint villages and crisp clean mountain air... oh and don't forget...More
