What a treat to have a local bring us here during our stay. Fabulous views of valley, history connected to everywhere and be sure to stop into the grotto for a jug of mother mary water!

A beautiful getaway with wonderful walks and trails. There are many beautiful scenes and views over the counties of South East Ireland. Perfect for daytrippers and trekkers, check it out for yourselves!

Mount Leinster with its drives and walks is always a great place to visit to blow away the cobwebs. Whether you park and walk or park and sit it's worth the narrow roads to get there.

Myself and my boyfriend went here yesterday, it's a bit steep and the tarmac was melting ( because of the heat we experienced this past week) , but it was definitely worth every step. When you reach the very top you're able to see Wexford,...More

Great way to blow the cobwebs away or work of one of those amazing full Irish Breakfast we had all been having. Try and get there before or after the mist as I am sure you will enjoy the view.

The drive is definitely not for the faint of heart! Stop part way up for a little break and a beautiful view and then keep going and enjoy the breathtaking view from up top. The parking lot provides a great spot to start your hike...More

Definitely worth a visit. Been here twice now and loved it both times. Prepare for bad weather. The wind and rain can be severe. But that is part of the fun of the walk. It has a road all the way so trainers are fine...More

Followed the blessed brown signs for Mount Leinster and... got horribly lost. Second time round, however, we persevered and we're not disappointed. A beautiful clear day so you could see for miles and miles. A rare thing of beauty to behold. We relished it as...More

This is my second visit to Mount Leinster, the previous visit being too foggy to see anything. This time the climb was worth it, as the top was clear and we had a 360° view of the surrounding countryside. Starting at The Nine Stones car...More
