    Jyotirling temple. Will come back
It was Monday and to avoid any rush, we reached temple before 7am. The road was clear and the temple was empty. We got darshan within no time. We could also stand in front of the jyotirling for a short while. While they don't allow photography inside the temple, but since there weren't many people around, they allowed me. There is a big statue of lord shiv next to temple. Nice place to take pics. Next to temple, there is a pond which had fish and you will find many birds fishing in natural habitat.

We reached temple ard 4 pm for darshan, there was huge line - yet within 1 hour we could finish the darshan. But to our surprise when we came out - there was no line at all. It could be because Dwarkadish mandir opens at 5 pm so people have rushed there for darshan.

    Definitely a must see!
The line was pretty long, but it keeps moving at a steady pace. You have a very good view of the deity and I guess if you pay something for a special puja, you are allowed to perform the same inside. We did not book it, so not sure.

We visited this temple and were overwhelmed by its spaciousness. There are stalls selling puja paraphernalia inside the main temple itself! Legend has it that Lord Shiva and his consort Goddess Parvati are worshiped as a pair of serpents here. We were asked to buy a puja thali costing Rs.250/- with two snake icons, coconut, flowers, etc. and informed that those who bought it could actually perform abhishek on the Shivaling whereas others couldn't enter the altar! Obviously, the ritual had been commercialized there. We refused and bought some ladoos and offered them and had darshan and prayed from outside the garbhagruha. We performed the parikrama and came across a shrine with statues of the entire Lord Shiva parivar. A colossal statue of Lord Shiva is the highlight here. Again, vendors pester you to buy grains for the numerous pigeons flocking there. We had refreshing coconut water and tea outside the complex.

For people who are decoted to Shiva, this place is a must visit place. The queues are long. Parking is difficult. The priests are exploitative. Only money speaks here if you want to see the Linga from close quarters. Outside the temple, there is a huge statue of shiva made of perhaps concrete or mortor. In sitting posture, Shiva's idol is about 70 to 80 feet tall.

My wife and I visited the temple from Dwarika, 17KM, took 30 minutes (400 rupee by auto). It's a beautiful temple by the water.

We did Ling puja. I found the puja samgri too expensive.

Temple was beautiful and clean. Too many children and women beggars front of the entrance and exit doors.

It was our second visit to temple. Must see place.

This is one of the twelve Jyotirlings, situated in Dwarka. One can offer puja/abhishek here for a fee. For a couple it was Rs. 400. Puja thali also needs to be purchased here for which shops are set up inside the temple itself. If in Dwarka, do not miss it.

Nageshwar temple is one among 12 jyotirlingas hence one should not miss this while a visit to Dwarka. The temple is located a bit outside Dwarka. There is ample parking space near temple.

The temple has huge statue of shiva near entrance. One can see it from road as well. The management of this temple is good due to which you can take peaceful darshan of Nageshwar.

There is a prasad counter inside the temple where you can buy the prasad for yur near and dear ones.

The recent visit to Nageshwar temple was great and getting divine blessings has always a great blessing

But i would like to bring attention that the management of the temple is very poor and unrealistic. There is a regular line for darshan and you see the darshan, you see counter for special pooja like Abhishek, sankalp etc after having darshan from normal queue.

So this means first you spend an hour to see shiva ji darshan than you only figure out some counter is offering special pooja, you buy the ticket and again stay in queue..

No one is there to guide you, you figure out on your way only.. The people at gates are not well trained and they don't take initiative as well to help others

Why we do all such hustle? The counter should be outside temple and seperate queue bases upon ticket purchased..

Please make life of Bhaktas easy instead if complicating the process unnecessary

Again no hard feeling..

This is 1 of the 12 jyotirlinga. We took a private bus operator who showed us the nearby places around dwarka including nageshwar jyotirlinga. The present temple was rebuilt by the famous owner of T series Gulshan Kumar.
Every jyotirlinga is special as we can touch the linga. (Exception do exist, but the exception is for all). Here to touch the jyotirlinga you have to pay. I am ok with special treatment in return of money, only when it is available for free as well in a temple.
God can not discriminate on basis of money.
Outside the temple, there is a 82 feet Shiva idol which is among top 10 tallest Shiva statue s in India

It's a very very old temple though I am not sure about the period . It's very serene and the surroundings are kept clean too . There is a garden in the compound where one can rest too with a pond closeby . The temple has a huge statue of Lord Shiva attached to it . Worth seeing place if on a religious visit

No restrictions like vaccination certificate and aadhar card. Mobile phones allowed. No social distancing. Some wear masks and some cannot. No entry ticket. Slippers should be kept in stand. 17 kms from dwarkadhish temple.
