we did not planned this visit, going around near Dijon but we went there. the cave is beautiful even small. the guides are funny and interesting. We had to wait one hour for a 30 minutes visits. The price is cheap. Part of the visit is in a boat.

We went here for a half day trip. For EUR 5.20 you get a 40-45 min tour in the cave. It's quite small, there are way bigger caves to visit. Tour is in French although you'll get a brochure which explains it in your own language.

What a change from all the other Grottes we have visited in France, a boat trip through them,an excellent visit and the young guide was very knowledgeable

Cheap and largely manned by volunteers but a worthwhile excursion in a boat underground. Something to do once. Not on the scale of the Blue John caverns of Derbyshire but worth a visit.

It is a very interesting system of underground caves to visit by boat. The tour is guided by young people, who are mostly volunteers (the English version of the talk is given in the little booklet). We made this little tour ( around 30 minutes in total) with our 4y old child and he loved it. Nxt to the caves... More

By pure luck we chose to stay in Beze for one night on our way to the Alps and whilst out taking an evening stroll we followed the fast moving river which goes through the centre of Beze to it's 'source' where it bubbles up from the underground caves.
