Ok if you require any of these items as they are cheap and cheaper than the night market in Batu Ferringhi. Bus stop straight outside for either hop on hop off or... More

This bazaar along Penang Road sells local products, clothing, t-shirts, cheap bags and shoes as well as souvenirs. There are also some stalls selling fresh and preserved fruits, durian cakes and cookies. A good place to browse and shop for cheap bargains.

This is the place to go to when you are hunting for local products. The Bazaar is located along Penang Road. It is an interesting place to roam around but do be careful when you shop as some stalls sell cheap but low quality goods. Better to have a local friend with you - he/she will be a good guide.

It is hot, stuffy, filled with rows and rows of stalls selling t-shirts, traditional clothes, coffee stalls inter-spaced here and there, stalls are very hemmed-in BUT I LOVE IT. I LOVE the place because all the shop keepers are so friendly and helpful. And, if you do not want to buy anything, nobody shows a sour face. In Thailand, on... More

The Penang Bazaar building is a huge gloomy barn, with row after row of stalls, some shuttered, but the open stalls sell mostly cheap clothes. At the side row of the Bazaar, hawker stalls can be found. I could not detect much special in this building, so we were outside again in Penang Road rather quickly.
