This World War I memorial is located 3 kilometers from Fere en Tardenois, not the 112 miles indicated on TA. It is a beautiful cemetery preserved by the USA and managed by a retired Marine. We met him there and he is really dedicated. The...More

I was surprised at the size of this beautiful war grave cemetery. It is huge - the nearby British one is tiny in comparison. But what surprised me most was finding Jewish stars of David amongst the thousands of crosses - lovely to see now...More

If the walk through Belleau Wood battle field & monument doesn't leave you speechless, this will finish the job. The somber feeling of Awe at the magnitude of the sacrifice is brought home here. monument commission did a great job with this.

Yet another perfectly maintained American cemetery. Monumental. Well worth a visit. If you are Lucky, the cemetery supervisor will accompany you.

Of course, cemeteries are always emotionally moving, and this is no exception. As all other American cemeteries we have visited overseas, it is impeccably maintained.

Hello ! I think the easiest way is to go to Fismes, that way you cab avoid to pay the highway taxes. I went there from Reims and it has been done in one hour and a half. Easy ! Have a good day
