Really enjoyed my stop at Casa parlante. I was transported back in time by my guide Yolanta (I hope I have the name right). Lots of interesting facts and stories from the time. I would recommend. Thank you Yolanta for your knowledge. Really enjoyed it. Gabe

We loved the experience especially how our young tour guide enthusiastically brought the story to life. The house itself is very interesting with many rooms to see and items left as they were back in the 19th century. We think this is a really good way to spend an hour doing something cultural in the old town.

We had a wonderful tour with Marie and we learned a great deal about the history of Corfu and the beautiful historic mansion. Marie told stories to bring the family that used to live in the home back to life, and a great deal of furniture in the home is original, which was interesting to see and learn about. It was a lot of fun, and we recommend it!

We really enjoyed our guided tour of Casa Parlante. Our guide was incredibly warm and friendly, with a great deal of knowledge and excellent English. She made the tour engaging and interesting throughout. We began in the entrance hall, where we were treated to a delicious sweet treat. When we were shown into the main living space, we were given a very strong rose liquor. Unfortunately, they didn't have an alternative for children (so I think it would be lovely if they could have some sort of juice in one of the decanters to help the children on the tour feel included). We learned a lot about Corfu's social history which was amazing. Some of the rooms featured animatronic figures to observe, representing the family who lived there in the 1800s. My son found these fascinating. The tour was relatively short but we enjoyed our visit and thought it was definitely worth it. It cost us €26 for two adults and a child.

Lovely visit to Casa Parlante in the heart of Corfu Town. Our tour of this traditional Corfiot townhouse was led by Maria and she narrated the story of the 19th Century re-enacted family quarters very nicely. Well worth a visit!

Fascinating experience to learn about life of the nobles in the 19th century. The guide was very knowledgeable, with a good sense of humor. When we were in the dining room, we even got to try liquor from that era! (Adults only). Very suitable for families as well, and my teenage daughters were as captivated as we were. We only needed to wait 15 minutes for our turn when we showed up at 12:45 PM without a reservation. In short, a must if you're in Corfu Old Town.
