About
Sweet 'N Spicy is a small shop at the center of the old town in Corfu. It is a shop filled with wonderful herbs and spices from around the world. We have over 200 different mixed spice blends which are homemade recipes and all mixed by us. With no preservatives or colors. We strongly believe in fresh quality. You will also find, top quality seasoned sea salt from Cyrpus, seasoned Himalayan salts made all by us and traditional products such as extra virgin olive oil where we offer everyone a taste. We have many different types of amazing honeys, Beeswax creams, and organic cosmetics made from olive and argan oil. Our biggest pleasure is talking about our spices and giving ideas on how to use each one. Nothing is nicer than sharing with others your passion and that is exactly what we do.

Amazing spice shop with every single inch filled with spices putting out wonderful aromas. Funny/engaging American couple owns the place
And they ship to the US! The husband was so kind and found a chair for my husband while we were there in our food tour. Took home some Sofrita spice—can’t wait to try it at home!!! We’ll worth finding this spot as you wander through Corfu old town

Tucked away in the back streets of Corfu Town is this gem of a shop. Great owners- really friendly. Just wanted to buy everything! Herbs and spices that you’ve never heard of. Really interesting. Well worth a visit.

What a great shop! It’s like an indy bookstore for spice hunters. Racks and shelves of dried peppers, mixes and rubs. Bottles of sauces you rarely see assembled elsewhere. Local olives and oil. This place has it all. Hand blended by the enthusiastic and spice-evangelizing Canadian proprietress, the offerings are wide, imaginative, and I now know, authentic. If she doesn’t have it already mixed, just give her your formula. And as a self-indulgent tourist, I was delighted at all the English language labeling.

The aromas even when we walked down the street - we just had to enter the shop. And it was heaven! We both love to cook, I even have two food blogs, so finding this gem was one of the highlights of our stay. We even went back the next day for more!

We stopped into this shop on a walking tour to taste olive oils and we were immediately drawn into the aroma of exotic spices and such a warm atmosphere. We ended up leaving with a bag of goodies and a website to order more. Such a fun place to stop.

I LOVE this shop - we live here on Corfu and finally can get all the yummy things we have been missing - Chia seeds, flax seeds, various herbs we cannot find anywhere else [I had never seen turmeric in root form before!] wonderful loose teas [Yep I am English!] but then also all these wonderful things we had never seen before... Katerina [who is so passionate about her products!!] makes her own salts! Lemon Salt that with salad or fish is yum! Orange salt etc etc.. but whatever you purchase there make sure you at least smell the BBQ salt - your nose will thank-you!!!
Any of our clients going to town and looking for gifts to take home - I send them here!!

This shop should be put on a map of Corfu or something. As soon as you step in, you feel like you're visiting some friends that live far away and haven't seen in years. The couple that run the shop are so kind and friendly. The spices are top notch and hand made. Just ask for some tips and tricks and recipes. You won't regret your visit their. I'm sure I'll visit them again when I come back to Corfu, and hope to see them grow. Their passion for what they do is out of this world. Guys, if you see this, we send you much love. Signed, the Romanians who ate your olives and sundried tomatoes.

Me and my sister came across this shop on our last day while wandering in Corfu, but you will want to visit it at least couple times! At first we thought it was one of the typical tourist shops who also sell spices, but the aroma was totally different than everywhere else and super good! Soon we were greeted by the owner Katerina who was very kind to explain everything, give recommendations about spices, herbs and even recipes of other greek dishes we wanted to know about. This is definately a place for authentic goods to bring back home for yourself and friends, and it makes me regret we don't have one of those back in my hometown. Glad you're shipping! Thank you very much again for the bargains and excellent service!

Katerina (owner) is wonderful! We went to this shop as one of the stops on our food and walking tour, and Katerina was so friendly and lovely to all of us. I felt like she was welcoming us into her home :) The shop has every spice you can think of, and the smell... I wanted to live in that shop, OMG, it smelt amazing. The prices were very affordable too.

Brilliant shop for all things spicy. I am able to buy all the ingredients that I need for Middle Eastern, African and Asian recipes. The shop looks small but it is a treasure trove of tastes! It is a must whenever I go to Corfu Town.
