Everybody seems confused as to which caves are which, as I also was before visiting and noting the trails carefully. There is no information outside the park. There are 3 caves at this site. Padre Nuestro is the name of this area of Parque del...More

Best to go there without a guide, on a scooter or your rental car. It's far more adventurous that way. Just park the car in the park, after the gate were you pay about 200 peso for every. The hike is easy, max 10-15 minutes...More

We walked from Bayahibe to the caves. We paid 200 pesos to enter, which I believe included the guide that was waiting in the sheltered area in the parking lot. Hike took about 30 minutes.

Took a cab from town (Bayahibe) for 2 km ride to trail. Could easily have walked if we knew where we were going. Our driver did not know of this place so give clear instructions before starting out. $4 entrance fee per person and a...More

We dived with Uwescuba in the cave. It is a system of caves, with Padre Nuestro with the easiest access from the path. We dived in Chicho II. As we have no certification for cave diving (we are Rescue divers in Padi and ** CMAS)...More
