Experience real cuba, yes there are tourists but you can stray off the main park area to get a delightful taste of real cuban locales, and then come back to the park for a local cafe/restaurant

Matanzas doesn't have too much in the way of flashy tourist freindly locations, but this is one that is worth a visit; its an excellent space for shade, for rest, for gathering your bearings but... I'd been there less than time it takes to sing...More

A nice place to relax without being hustled in any way. Seems to be the place where the locals bring there small children to mix and play with others who are strangers.
