By translating the Bible into Welsh there is no doubt that this was a monumentally important step in the survival of the Welsh language - people being able to read and worship in their mother tongue

This statue is located outside St. Asaph Cathedral. It memorializes a pivotal moment in Wales history when in 1588 the bible was translated into Welsh. The architecture is stunning, majestic and smooth. Parking is free and its a beautiful spot to take photos.
