In my opinion, this is the most beautiful church in Trnava. Beautifully renovated light yellow ceiling with impressive paintings! Definitely worth a stop! Be aware that the church is closed over lunchtime (this applies to most churches in town!).

A beautiful baroque cathedral which is amazingly well maintained. It was visited by pope John Paul II in 2003 and a bronze statue was erected in front of the entrance as a reminder of this event. The high altar is a masterpiece of baroque style,...More

The cathedral is a delight: the baroque is restrained verging on rock co. The building gives a real sense of being in the Slovak Rome, but of course historically the town was Hungarian. Not to be missed!

The most beautiful early baroque church in Slovakia. Stunning interior. Shortly after finished restoration works. According to my opinion it should be on the UNESCO list.

Another beautiful church in Trnavna that it's worth visiting. Make sure you have a camera for pictures. The churches are all a bit run down and that makes them just perfect to travel back in time.
