I recommend visit this place first, before the ABA Pisquería, and buy sweet wine. This place is awesome to really know the history of chilean pisco... and politics.

Tour was thorough and talked a lot about the history of the original owners. I enjoyed the stories and seeing the process up close and personal. The setting of the place is gorgeous and they have quite a few piscos to taste.
