Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Horrible beach, went there around 6pm to enjoy a view of the sunset and left running away after 10 mins. Water was very dirty and the people there seemed sketchy... The beach itself is large and parking is easy, but there are dozens of better options around. Avoid!

I forgot to mention in my first review how utterly inedible and poor the drinks are. I would not serve food and drink like this to my worst enemy.
The buffet is just so vile. It’s either covered in mounds of grease or dry and bland as anything , it’s more or less the same everyday. Just incredibly poor quality but then I guess that what you expect for a 2 star hotel. The things is it’s not even that cheap.
The all inclusive only includes the hotel branded stuff which is severely watered down. And about 15 times we asked for rum and coke and they didn’t add the rum: the queues are so long you end up just giving up as they usually only have one person behind the bar. There isn’t much seating and there is nothing to do in the evening.

When I told the manager about Mario all over my 16 year old daughter and begging her for trip advisor reviews he did nothing. I went over to the boy on question and told him to leave her alone she is only 16 and he said so?

Once I had complained about the under age serving etc the no late check out etc he just looked at me blankly and suggested he could let us eat her this evening …. Well that’s no compensation as we just spent nearly £200 on a room for 11 hours …. The food is abysmal !!! We were not even offered a nice round of cocktails from the gold menu or a discount on the room despite being a member here!!!!

Truly shocking experience and I’ve stayed in a cheap hostel and it was better care and service than this.

The reception staff just rolled their eyes at us with no empathy as a woman travelling solo with 3 kids! Appalling customer service and shall we taking this further

Gorgeous family beach and sea that great for swimming. Lots of fish to see in the shallows too. There’s a few restaurants/beach bars for food and drinks plus free car parking at the top. There aren’t masses of sun beds so in the busy holiday period get there before lunch. They cost €10 per item plus €5 pp service charge. We’ll worth a visit for a chilled out day.. Ps There are A LOT of steps down to the beach…and to climb back up!!

Undoubtedly this is a beautiful spot but it was so ridiculously busy it was not at all enjoyable. The restaurant has good reviews but we found it dirty, busy and with average food. It’s all about being seen here!! Wish we hadn’t wasted a morning here when we could have gone to do many other beautiful, quiet place in Ibiza.

OK, so here goes..gain the good stuff, the food is generally good even for veggie folks and those who are a bit picky. The drinks are OK, not brilliant but good, four star. The rooms are lovely, again, 4 star not 5. Location is great and beach is lovely... OK so not so good. Facilities for toddlers are not good. Things don't even open until 10:30 and really need to open much earlier. Just not enough for those little ones, much more geared up for aged 8-9 plus. Spotless clean hotel but a good 4 star and no more. Ibiza is lovely.

Really liked the beach, amazing views from above, go on the rocky path to the right side to take some great pictures before going down the stairs to the beach. I enjoyed the beach very much, it had many waves so it was fun (usually the calas are small and have no waves and this is boring for me). So would be ideal to have a swimming ring to ride the waves. Regular bus connection to St Antonio.

I can't understand all the good reviews about this place. It surely has a pretty view but the water was incredible dirty. I didn't feel comfortable at all to swim and was there only a couple of hours and then I went home cause I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.
Expansive restaurants around and filthy water is not a great combo in my opinion.

Great spot, lots of restaurants. Cotton Beach Club, Ca’s Mila both looked so lovely. It’s a little tricky for pushchairs here, as it’s steps down to the beach plus there isn’t a decked walkway, but it’s still possible to carry them down. Lots of rocks to climb too for little adventurers! Calm waters and lovely white sand.

We chose Cala Tarida as the internet claimed that there were water taxis leaving from the beach to and from San Antonio on a regular basis. There are no water taxis at all. Please bear this in mind if it forms your decision making process. There are no boats for hire even though the internet claimed that there was. Again, misleading. Be aware of the so called fine dining restaurants located on the cliff top. Certainly not. They were used by people just coming off the beach. Very steep slopes everywhere. There are no bars and restaurants in the village apart from one, the internet leads you to believe that there are many. Give it a miss unless you intend to stay in the resorts.

Before our kids wanted to do the „banana“ they asked properly how much it costs and how long it will take! They were answered by a young girl working there that it would take 7-13 minutes and cost 15 EUR per Person. They then chose the platform and went out, my wife measured the time, exactly 5 min.
First, my wife went there to ask how much it usually takes, the girl said 6 min. When my wife confronted her with the measured time, the girl corrected what she said before „around 5 min“. I talked to our children ( 3 aged 11, 13 and 14) they confirmed again 7-13 min.
So I went to talk to the girl telling her that she could either give the kids their extra time or recoup us the money accordingly. She started struggling that she said „around“ and that the platform was more intense. When I would not accept her answer and said that this is rip-off, she started ignoring me and telling me to get away. She did not even react when I threatened to call the police.

We live on the Island and even speak sufficient spanish, so you cannot even say it is only tourists that are ripped off. Recommendation: stay away!!!
