Everything was on time, communication was great. We had a really early flight from Gili to the Lombok airport and got there with time to spare.

We booked our trip on the website after had a little chat on whatsup. Paid with card transfer, no issues. Our driver waited us with a printed name table at the airport, safely drove us to the harbour where a fast boat took us to Trawangan. No hassle, no problem. Easy...
Getting off the boat was tricky due to the wind, but we managed.
Absolutely recommended.

I rarely write reviews, but I had such an excellent experience with this company that I needed to share it. They picked us up by speedboat from Gili Air, on time, came right to where we were staying, and then had a car ready & waiting to take us to the airport. They responded quickly and thoroughly over email. It was a hassle free, transparent, reliable, enjoyable experience. Thank you, Lomboks Society! :)

We had to catch a flight in the morning so I was a bit concerned that everything works out. But Ronnie came in the morning like he said and the transport was really easy. Prive is maybe bit more expensive than others but in my opinion its worth it

Our driver pick up us around 2100 and we reached Gili Trawangan around 0000. The driver even stopped at some mart and let us pack some food. I really recomend this if you are okay with the price.

We booked our transfer from Lombok airport to Gili Trawangan and back. Hvaing travelled to the Gili islands regularly over the last 20 years, we have on multiple occasions experienced problems finding reliable and reasonably priced options for airport transfer. We were thus extremely pleased with the price and services provided by Lombok Society. Excellent follow up and 100% trustworthy. Have already reccommended them to friends.

Had to catch an early flight and there were no public ferry operating prior to 8am (or was it 9am). Chanced upon Lombok Society's website and the rest is history. Emailed Ronie and received a prompt response. He was also flexible about timing and my requirements. Communication was also done via WhatsApp which made things so much easier. He also constantly checked throughout the ferry and car ride to the airport that everything was going well. I would recommend that Ronie be engaged if private transport is required. Saves you the hassle of having to wait for the public ferry to be ready (that leaves only when there is a certain number of passengers) and bargain with cab drivers etc., especially if you are in a rush.

Engaging Ronnie was one of the best decision ever made before we travelled to Lombok. Ronnie was often in touch with us and updating us on the next arrangement. We never had to worry how and where to meet up with the person who was supposed to pick us up. The snorkelling trip excellent! I will surely recommend Lombok Society to any of my friends who are traveling to Lombok!

Ronie stayed in contact with us the whole time and got us from Lombok to Gili T. They had Eby waiting at the airport with a sign. Drove up to a boat taxi in North Lombok and had us on the island in a few minutes. Great service, would suggest to friends and family. We also landed later in the day and had a hard time finding transport, Ronie made it happen! We should of called them first. Very professional.

From the airport.....expect to pay around IDR 300K to the Bangsal Harbour. From Bangsal Harbour, depending on what sort of boat you take, it is a short boat ride to Gili Trawangan. From Gili Trawangan Harbour, you should get the hotel to pick up your luggage and then you can ride a bicycle to the property. No motorized vehicles are allowed in Gili Trawangan.
