Sargeant Bay was not on our list of beaches to explore. We hadn't heard of it at all, until we arrived at our AirBnB for the night and learned that it was 5 minutes up the road. We arrived with zero expectations, and it ended...More

We dropped by to check out the beach and found it in a nice bay. There weren't many people, so we had a nice chunk of the beach to ourselves. However, parking is at a premium down by the beach. One will likely need to...More

Gorgeous on this fall morning. Only 2 other people in the park. This photo is of the bird sanctuary behind the ocean beach. From the beach you look out to the Trail Islands. Particularly sunny in the early morning.

Not only is there a beach to walk on but right behind it is a well maintained nature area where you can observe lots of birds and maybe even a beaver family!

Sweeping beach full of driftwood, lovely view and crystal clear water. Nice walk around coastline, with a swampy area

Quick, easy drive from Sechelt. This beach has tons of Driftwood! Such a nice, scenic place and is nice to spend an hour or so. The amount of Driftwood washed up on the beach is mind-blowing! Lot's of fun to explore on the logs.

A good stop for a little break is what we found here. it was quiet and peaceful. lots of drift wood if you like collecting them. Water was a little too cold for us to take a dip in April.
